I love what IOME stands for. The program has challenged me to explore the unknown areas of my life. I've learned to be mindful of setting intentional goals and thankful to be a part of the community that this program provides!

"My IOME therapist is a wonderful person. Through one-on-one talk therapy, she has helped me heal from some tough stuff, as well as learn new coping and healthier mental habits for the daily crap. :D The enneagram test and personal strategies that come from it have been my favorite part!"
POSTPARTUM THERAPY
We have therapists who are specialized in working with women and even men who are going through postpartum depression.
Contact IOME to learn about this approach and effectiveness in treating this common, yet serious period.

Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services, if requested. You have the right to receive a GFE for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services, if requested. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a GFE before you schedule a service. Please let us know during our consultation call if you would like a GFE. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your GFE.
For questions or more information about your right to a GFE, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
