Maren

Maren believes that every relationship in life, whether with yourself or a loved one, deserves to be fulfilling. It can be extremely difficult to find the time, space, or tools to nurture the important relationships in your life and it is critical if you are intent on living it to the fullest. 

Maren helps individuals, couples, and families nourish and grow their relationships by pulling from many different therapeutic modalities. She strengthens relationships using tools such as self-compassion, Mindfulness-Based therapy, and Systemic Therapy.

Maren is a bilingual Spanish/English Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate and has completed Level II of the Gottman Training. Maren is also a Certified Lactation Consultant and loves working with breastfeeding mothers and their infants. For more than 7 years she has helped diverse clients address an array of challenges. These experiences have provided her with a strong background of situations ranging from navigating rock bottom to enriching relationships.
