Bradey

Bradey views the counseling process as a collaborative journey, where client and counselor work together to explore, understand, and navigate the path towards healing and personal growth. Embracing this philosophy, he approaches counseling from a person-centered perspective, valuing and respecting the individuality of every client he serves. Bradey strives to create a warm, supportive, and enjoyable environment (yes, therapy can be fun!) that empowers clients to maximize their strengths and achieve their life aspirations. His therapeutic style is characterized by an empathetic and solution-focused approach that is custom-tailored to meet the needs of every individual he serves. Whether a client is seeking cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, emotional exploration, or other evidence-based approaches, Bradey is committed to applying the most suitable tools to support each client's journey towards growth and healing.

Bradey received his BA in Exercise Science from Northwestern College and his MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He is currently working to complete his Doctorate in Counseling Psychology at the University of Northern Colorado. Bradey spent the last three years teaching psychology and providing counseling services at U.S. Air Force Academy prior to moving to the Northern Colorado area. Throughout his career, Bradey has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including military personnel and their family members, high-school and Division I college athletes, as well as other youth and adults in the local community. Regardless of who he is working with, Bradey
is deeply passionate about making a positive impact in the life of everyone he serves.

On a personal note, Bradey finds joy by staying active hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding, often enjoying these adventures with his wife of 7 years. Bradey also appreciates the simple pleasure of watching movies and taking moments to relax. At home, Bradey's family includes two beloved dogs who bring constant companionship. Additionally, he and his wife have recently welcomed the arrival of their first child, who brings immeasurable joy (along with some sleepless nights) and serves as a reminder of the importance of nurturing connections and
personal growth.
