IOME THERAPY
Our focus is to create a space where you can talk, laugh, cry, cuss, and simply just work through all that life has thrown at you. Talking to a licensed therapist can help. Therapy can teach you more about yourself and your mental health concerns in a healing way. IOME therapy services are available to all, including IOME members and non-members.
Don't wait until depressive symptoms turn into depression. Don't wait until anxious feelings turn into panic attacks. Don't wait until small fights turn into a divorce. Don't wait. IOME takes a PREVENTATIVE approach to your mental health. Start now.

I love what IOME stands for. The program, and Becky specifically, has challenged me to explore the unknown areas of my life. I've learned to be mindful of setting intentional goals and thankful to be a part of the community that this program provides!

Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services, if requested. You have the right to receive a GFE for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services, if requested. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a GFE before you schedule a service. Please let us know during our consultation call if you would like a GFE. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your GFE.
For questions or more information about your right to a GFE, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
