Sometimes we just need to hit “reset.” This becomes obvious when we’re at work and our minds focus on everything–personal issues, interpersonal dynamics…– except our work. Or when stress builds up until we’re taking it out on everyone else and ourselves. If you’re having one of those days or weeks then we’re here to help! IOME offers quick 20-minute support sessions to Weld County employees that can easily fit into your workday. During these sessions we’ll provide you with useful tools so you can refocus and reset. Having access to five free full-length therapy sessions can be a real game-changer when it comes to your mental and emotional wellbeing. So we’ve made it quick and easy to book therapy sessions and get the support you need. Working with an IOME therapist in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment, you’ll be free to process thoughts and feelings, and leave with more self compassion and practical self care tools. Our therapists have various specialties including:
