As a City of Fort Collins employee, you can access mental health services through IOME and submit for reimbursement through your employer. Follow the simple steps below to get started!
SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Visit our main therapy page to choose a provider and schedule your appointment. Not sure where to start? Book a free consultation, and our team will happily answer your questions and help you get connected!
ATTEND YOUR SESSION
Attend your appointment as scheduled and bring your City of Fort Collins reimbursement form. Your provider will complete the necessary information so you can submit it for reimbursement.
PAYMENT & REIMBURSEMENT
You'll pay IOME directly through your secure client portal. Once your provider has completed your reimbursement form, you can submit it to the City of Fort Collins according to your employer's reimbursement process.
