*IOME bills MINES & Associates directly for authorized EAP sessions, so you won't need to submit reimbursement paperwork. Please be aware that late cancellations and missed appointments may affect your authorized sessions or result in additional fees in accordance with MINES policies.
GET AUTHORIZED
Contact MINES & Associates to request an authorization for EAP services. MINES will confirm your eligibility and the number of sessions available through your benefits.
BOOK YOUR CONSULTATION
Once authorized, schedule a free consultation with IOME! Our team will answer your questions, help you find the right provider, and guide you through getting started.
BEGIN YOUR CARE
Attend your scheduled appointment, and IOME will bill MINES directly for authorized services. Your provider will then share a personalized booking link so you can easily schedule future sessions.
