Lyndsey believes that nutrition advice should be thoroughly personalized, taking into account the whole person. She provides counseling on a gradient, somewhere between modern medicine/evidenced based practice and integrative/holistic care, depending on the client's unique needs and personal healthcare philosophy. She spent the first decade of her career in traditional healthcare, gaining experience with a wide variety of diseases and conditions. She then decided to open her private practice, in order to bypass the time and resource constraints of the healthcare system, and start providing more individualized and effective care. Whether someone needs help with simple healthy habits and accountability, or is in need of complex Medical Nutrition Therapy, she has a passion for it all.
