Becky is the proud Founder and Operator of IOME. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, it became alarmingly clear just how important consistent self care is for everyone. Becky focuses on the individual and creates an environment where you will feel safe and comfortable, ensuring that you have made the best decision by investing in your self care.

Becky appreciates the importance of understanding WHY we feel and behave a certain way and loves using the Enneagram to help clients better understand their core motivations to empower them to be their best.

Becky is also trained and passionate about utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy with her clients. It is a trauma focused therapy allowing past memories, feelings, and sensations to be desensitized. This allows you to live your best life, without the past effecting your present day and future.
